Page 54 completed!

Just before ending the week before New Year's Eve celebrations, I've completed page 54. It was a page of interesting lighting work, as I had to depict both dark shadow and bright light. Enjoy the preview!

To all those who have supported my this year, by purchasing any of the grOw series, I thank you heartily. Your support has allowed my to spend the countless hours working on these issues. Without that support, such work would be impossible.
So, I wish my supporters a full and lively year. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! This especially goes to those individuals who have quickly informed me of any and all of these illegally distributed sites. The MANY of you are TRUE supporters of the BE community!

Now this is a really good teaser page.

I've been quiet quite a bit, but I will say that in terms of breast expansion content, your work is worth the cost. I've made maybe 3-4 attempts in subscribing to the BESC, but to me it's hit-and-miss as to the stories that are published as well as some of the content.

I have been enjoying the new Grow story, though to me, H2Grow is still my favorite work. With that piece, you managed to work in growing breasts, girls in swimsuits, and even add an Asian girl into the mix.

Your work has always been a constant that makes me look to it for inspiration. Though I still don't know if I'll ever be able to find a good Breast Expansion concept. Btw, loved your 'words of wisdom' to the moochers out there.

Happy New Year BA! Looking forward to another year of your work.

Shut up. I don't support piracy, but I think your work sucks and that you're a jackass.

uruseiranma: Don't stop working! Keep it up. Inspiration comes at odd times, but rarely comes at all if you are not "listening" for it.

grOw/comic#3 is a story specifically geared towards the "BE" genre, and all the tension, desire, and classic "themes" that go with it. grOw/cOmic#4 will most likely go back to the type of work you enjoyed in H2grOw. :) I am still wokring on the story concept, and will be "writing it" after issue 4 is done. Before it comes out, there will (most likely) a grOw/stOry or 2 to come out.

To the 1st Anonymous and DevonCory: thanks again! I am glad you like my work!

I've purchased your Grow comics 1/2 in the past. Decent material, definitely a "unique" market so you have control on it. That being said, if your lively hood is by making BE comics, then your in the wrong business, the internet will never stop sharing works illegally, its the sad truth.

After seeing your outrageous remarks I will not be buying any of your works anymore, you may want to look into getting a real job doing real art for something, you have the talent and it seems like your taking advantage of the BE community and think you can "control" them. You can't, things like this just alienate an already alien customer base. You probably lost more purchases from this than by letting piracy run rampant.

I wish you all the best with your real art in the future BA.

Just wanted to add, that I am a software developer, so I know the pains of piracy, fortunately registration key's are a god send. You may want to look at generating a secure pdf with a persons name in the document properties, and if you ever find a copy on an illegal site, black list that person from every purchasing another copy of work. Eventually you'll weed out the pirates, or at least embarass people that share your stories.

To "Jan 6th Anonymous": -- While I thank you for supporting my "grOw" series, I have to say that the outrageous remarks seem more in your post than in mine. I do welcome comments of a more lucid nature -- such as yours, and unlike the Jan 5th Anonymous -- it almost seems that you support piracy.

"The internet will never stop sharing works illegally" is a statement I've heard many times, usually with another statement that follows to the extent that, as such, it should be allowed to happen. Sorry, but I find that absurd. Will it always happen? Of course! Will there always be robberies, murders, rapes, and muggings in the "real" world? Of course! But by your logic, we should do away with the police and our laws, and just let it happen. By your logic, a store owner who sees someone stealing from him should shrug his shoulders and let it happen. Aw well, can't stop those criminals. Sorry, but no. Piracy should be continued to be pursued and prosecuted. Not doing so is what allows it to run rampant. And while I am not naive enough to think that internet piracy is something that can be completely stopped, I also reserve the right to be angry when it happens so blatently to my work, much as a store owner would be at someone who is robbing his establishment.

Like movie video tapes and DVDs, my biggest concern is not the one or two people who show or copy a movie to a single friend, but those who maliciously broadcast their illegal activities for their own narcissistic reasons, without any concern for creators of the works. There are many good artists out there who could be a "boon" for this and other communities, but who probably don't try because of these activities (I've talked to a few!). That is one of the reasons why this genre will remain in the "back alleys", hidden and non-prolific.

Your second paragraph is truly mind boggling. I never said this was my sole livelyhood anywhere. I am not sure where you got that. I consider this a "second job", or at least an "aside", to my "real work", as you will see in many of my blog posts. But the incredible amount of time spent creating these works would be absolutely prohibitive without them generating some income do offset the hours needed to produce them -- hours that can only be allocated if taken from something else, such as other work. Plus, why ISN'T it a real job? I work hard, it isn't illegal, and I ask for compensation = real job. If someone can make a good business revolving around dog shit (www.poopbgone.com), then someone can do "BE" and other sexual fetish comics.

"Taking advantage of" and "control them" are two statements that REALLY have me scratching my head. How you ever came up with those, and what they are alluding to, I have no idea. I guess those hardworking artists at Marvel are taking advantage of people who like comics; or, those struggling independent film-makers are "controling" movie goers when they ask for admission into a small film theater because they are not a big studio with huge distribution.

Your second post provides some interesting techincal concepts, but, considering the small "niche" market, they are all quite unrealistic. Such programming and upkeep would render the production of "grOw" nonviable, being more costly than it is worth. Said store owner from above cannot afford to pay armed guards, laser-guided security systems, and an ED209 to protect his store. And, I do not think someone who pirates work on various sites of this nature will be "embarassed" one bit. While it MAY prove to be a nice deterent due to the possibility of legal prosecution and compensation, I doubt that anyone of this nature would be worried about being "embarassed."

Again, I do thank you for commenting in a manner that is intelligible and detailed. However, I am allowed to rebut the statements I do not agree with. I am sorry to see you go. Good luck with your programming, and I'll keep my fingers crossed -- since that's all that can be done -- that people stealing your hard-earned money won't happen too much.

I've said it on a board where they are bitching about your blog post, and I'll say it here.

To all complainers and whiners about not being able to get free porn:

Internet+normal person=total fuckwad.

In the real world, would you steal a book from a store? And if you got caught, would the worst thing that happened to you be that your website was deleted? I think not.

Hey, if I had something I was trying to sell online and I saw it floating around for free, I'd be pissed too, assholes. Shut the hell up, suck it up bitches and shell out the money if you want his comics.

God I hate people.

You need to get over it. It's the way the internet works.

If you post anything, ANYTHING on the internet it will be EVERYWHERE. Free sites, pay sites, message boards, image boards, usenet, etc, etc and there's not a goddamn thing you can do about it.

Is it right? Wrong? It's doesn't matter, that's my point. That's just the way it is. The less time you spend bitching about this inevitable thing that you can't do anything about the happier you'll be. If you really don't want your work posted all over the internet then keep it off the internet altogether.

The internet would not be what it is today with that kind of one dimension thinking. That the way the internet is? What the hell? The internet is evolving all the time. What was current yesterday will be obsolete tomorrow.

I salute people like BA who have the energy and guts to try to protect their work and make it harder for people to pirate stuff. If everyone did nothing as you suggest, we would have nothing but crappy stuff everywhere on the net because no one would want to spend time and money selling stuff.

You're entitled to your opinion, but you attack people for not agreeing, grow up.

Anyhow my late 2 cents.

P.S. Great worl btw BA, keep it up
