Page 54 completed!

Just before ending the week before New Year's Eve celebrations, I've completed page 54. It was a page of interesting lighting work, as I had to depict both dark shadow and bright light. Enjoy the preview!

To all those who have supported my this year, by purchasing any of the grOw series, I thank you heartily. Your support has allowed my to spend the countless hours working on these issues. Without that support, such work would be impossible.
So, I wish my supporters a full and lively year. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! This especially goes to those individuals who have quickly informed me of any and all of these illegally distributed sites. The MANY of you are TRUE supporters of the BE community!

Pages 52 and 53 completed!

Hope everyone had a good holiday, whatever it may have been!

I'm back with a couple of updates. I actually finished page 52 on Christmas Eve, but didn't have time to post the update here. So, with that, plus the work done today, I am able to post 2 page previews — pages 52 and 53!

For those of you who know my Gallery at the BEA, and are
Members of that website, you can see my 2 newest FanTITy morphs (#37 and #38), which I just posted there.

Issue 4: pages 49, 50, and 51

Well, the issue 3 post has been at the top of the blog long enough, and now is the time to get back to the updates. The first three pages of the FINAL issue "An Inconvenient Growth" have been completed!

I have also included here the "issue map" to show you how far we have to go to completion. In some ways, we have less, since I do not have to do a cover for the next chapter to be an end of issue sneak peak.

Enjoy the 3 previews!

grOw/cOmic#3, issue 3, RELEASED!

The newest issue is now available at www.bustartist.com !

aninconvenientgrowth Chapter 3: "Please continue to hold..." 16 color pages, plus 2 covers

Julie was torn between conflicting emotions. The answer to the question of what was causing her breasts to grow so large turned out to be both enlightening and frightening. It told her why it was happening, but not how she could cause it to stop. On top of that, her mind was ragging with contradictory feelings - she did not know whether to cover her exposed, growing boobs, or to allow Tyler to see them in all their glory.

Tyler, in the meantime, was also having opposing thoughts, all of which were due to Julie's inexorably inflating mounds of tit flesh. His mind was divided between finding a way out of the small elevator, which seemed to be "getting smaller" by the moment, and being continuously distracted by the ballooning gazongas of his new found friend.

With space and time running out, the two elevator-mates seemed destined to become closer to each other, one way or another.

Pages 47 and 48 complete!

Huh... look at that. I came here to post page 48, when I realized that I never posted page 47 yesterday! I guess I was distracted by my site's email problems (which are now fixed) and forgot to post. Well, I guess it's like getting a double-update! These are the last 2 pages of the issue. The only thing left is creating the cover of issue 4 (which will be a sneak preview at the end of the issue 3), proofreading (and correcting), final production of the PDF and launching it at the store. Release will probably be sometime during the first half of next week. My next update here at the blog will be to announce the availability of issue 3. Watch this space! In the meantime, enjoy the last 2 previews of issue 3!

1 more down, 2 to go!

Page 46 has just been completed — a little later in the day than usual, but this one took some extra work. We are getting closer to completion, with just a scant 2 pages (plus the cover to issue 4) to be finished! I doubt it will be finished this week — but instead, most likely, we should have a release of issue #3 by the middle of next week! Enjoy the preview.

On a side note, my email is down, as my Host transfers over to a new email system. Hopefully, it will be up in the next 24 hours.

Page 45 completed!

I was hoping to have had this up yesterday, but it was just a little too much work. The page had quite a bit of shadowing and lighting work to be carefully crafted. So, I finished page 45 this morning. This leaves just 3 more to go! Updates may slow a bit over the next few days, as "real life" work is once again getting busier. Hopefully, it won't make too much of an impact. In the meantime, enjoy the preview!

Page 44 finalized! 4 more to go!

I started this page on Friday, but was unable to finish it then. This page had some noticeable detail, so it took a little longer. We are getting closer, with only 4 more pages, and the cover to issue 4 to go! Enjoy the preview!

Page 43 complete!

Chip, chip, chip... the work is coming along. I just finished page 43, which brings us to just 5 pages left! This was another more complicated page, so it took the bulk of the day (including the fact that I started on it yesterday). Tension is building, and the dramatic frames are reflecting that. Enjoy the preview!

Page 42 finished!

Another page is complete, and we are one more step closer to the release of issue 3 of grOw/cOmic#3, "An Inconvenient Growth". With page 42 done, there are only 6 more pages to go (plus the cover of issue 4)! This page was a little more complicated than the last four, so, unfortunately, no two-page updates will happen today.

Yet Another for today! Page 41

Two days in a row with 2 pages each — yes, page 41 is complete! How did this happen so fast? Well, this page only had 2 panels — for dramatic effect. Because of this, it was easier to finish quickly. The next few pages are more complicated, so I may not be able to continue this pace for the rest of the week. But for now, enjoy the second preview for today!

Page 40 complete! We are at the half way mark.

Page 40 is finished, and represents the completion of half of the 16 pages of issue 3. Eight more pages to go! (See the updated progress map.) As you can see by the preview, the tension is really building in the story now.

In terms of the art, the upgrade to Adobe CS4 (I am u
sing Illustrator and Photoshop) has really made an improvement in both work quality and speed. I am very much liking this jump from CS2 to CS4 (I used the CS3 trial for about a month in between). Enjoy the preview!

Holy breaking bras! 2 pages in 1 day!

Yep, I just finished another page — page 39! I really made some good progress today. The "real life work" forces have given me a break this afternoon, allowing me to put more time into issue 3 of grOw/cOmic#3, "An Inconvenient Growth". This was a great page to work on, with a lot of drama. Depth of field blurring, close ups, low angle shots — all to really enhance the tension that is building, especially on this page. Enjoy the preview!

Page 38 finished!

Moving along steadily, with the completion of the next page — 38. A combination of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, and the crush of work leading up to it, caused a small slow down. But I am now moving ahead. Thank you to all who wished me a happy Thanksgiving in the comments for page 37! Enjoy the preview -- I think its a particularly enticing "BE" one!
