GC#4, page 95 completed. Delays ahead.

Finally, I was able to complete page 95, a page with enough detail to keep me busy, but also one that was fraught with delays — both with "real life work" as well as "real life". It is the later that affected progress the most and will continue to do so, for the next week, two, or more.

Unfortunately, this delay is unknown in length. My Dad is dying — he may only have 2 hours, or 2 weeks, left. We fear it will be sooner than later. Only time will tell. Edit: my Dad has passed away, and I will be traveling out of state very soon. You may not see any updates here for at least a week.

Work may continue during this time; if for no other reason, to keep me busy and my mind distracted. Or, I may not have time for any.

Once this has all run its course, the production of the last issue of grOw/cOmic#4 will continue.

GC#4, page 94 completed!

Wow — it just dawned on me that it has been a week since my last update! Where has the time gone? It's been a rollercoaster of a week, that's for sure. Between "RL" work — and just plain "RL" — my time was considerably consumed. However, little by little, I was finally able to complete page 94. To help make up for this long respite, I am posting what I hope is a nice, juicy preview. This will also help balance out the previews that will appear for the end of the issue, which will most likely be much vaguer as we approach the end of the series. Enjoy!

GC#4, page 93 completed!

The first page of the last issue of the grOw/cOmic#4 series has been completed! Page 93 is the beginning of the final chapter in this 112-page, multi-growth series. I made sure to finish this one today, so that we are off to a good start. This page took a little longer than the usual first page as there are 3 panels this time, instead of the usual 1 or 2 opening large panel(s). Enjoy the preview!

GC#4, drawing completed!

I just finished sketching the last page of the entire series of grOw/cOmic#4, "grOwing Desires." Finalizing the last pages of issue 6, entitled "A Sex-perience of a lifetime", brings the series closer to an end. (It turns out that I had to do 3 more pages, as my last post mistakenly tallied 18 pages completed, when it was actually 17.) Now, it is on to inking and painting of the extra-long, 20-page final issue! Previews of each page will appear here, as usual, and progress is made on this chapter.

GC#4, issue 6 pencils nearly complete!

I made good progress in drawing the 6th and last issue of grOw/cOmic#4, though I didn't finish as I had hoped. Still, this step is nearly complete with 18 of the 20 pages drawn and scanned in. If all goes as it should, ink and paint, as well as the page-to-page updates, will begin next week!

GC#4, issue 6: pencils begin!

While I have been working on these for the past few days, I finally made some serious progress on the pencil drawings for grOw/cOmic#4, issue 6, "A Sex-perience of a lifetime." As of now, 10 out of 20 pages have been drawn. Yes, that's right — issue 6 will also be an extra long release, with 20 pages. Drawing these pages, however, is not all that I've been doing. As usual, I've been reviewing the script, cutting down long passages, and reworking others. Plus, before the drawing began, I had to "thumbnail sketch" the entire issue, planning the panels and figures. I used Poser quite extensively for this issue, in order to keep consistent "proportions" between our hero and his miniGTS girlfriend. In addition, it was a wonderful tool to assist me in getting the right "camera angle" of each dramatic panel, especially for this climactic issue. Hopefully, the next 10 pages won't take too long, and I can start inking and painting. Depending on the complexity of the pages, and the amount of "RL" work I have, I can pump out between 2 and 6 penciled pages a day.

Jon's night of wild and unbelievable sexual encounters came to an abrupt halt when his girlfriend showed up in the dormitory hallway. Lynn's eyes bored into him as she surveyed the scene and the "altered" state of his body as well as those of her roommates.

Jon was now at a loss under her silent scrutiny. What had she seen? What did she know? Did she understand that something was unnatural, if not impossible, about all of the events that transpired that evening? Did she understand that whatever was affecting the students in the dorm was insuppressible, as hard as he had tried to do so?

What Jon did not know, himself, was that Lynn knew. She knew nearly everything.
