Back to the updates! Pages 33, 34 complete!

I've left the announcement for the release of issue 2 up at the top of the page long enough. It is now time to continue on with the updates for issue 3 ! I just completed pages 33 and 34, the first two pages of issue 3. Things are going to get really heated in issue 3, as those who saw the button-popping, bra-ripping sneak preview of the 3rd chapter cover can see. This sneak preview appeared at the end of issue 2, and in the newest BA Studios' Catalogue. And remember, we still have issue 4 after that. In the meantime, enjoy the two previews!

BA, I looked at the progression of your artwork from GC1 Milk Farm to the latest GC3 offering. All I can say is the latest offering, and the two new sneak previews are looking more and more like a photograph in the detail, color, and 3D effect vs. Milk Farm. If you keep up this pace, then I would guess, the GC4 offering would almost be "movie" like as stills from a camera! I can not say enough praise and kudos! Maybe a 3D movie in the future? Wishful thinking... maybe?
Can't wait!

BA, I was reading up on your prior postings and comments... and was wondering, if you could put that "map" up again like you did for grOw 2 series. It showed the pages that were complete.. and a sneak preview... if you can...

Scott: Thanks! Practice makes perfect, as they say. The big difference between "Milk Farm" and "An Inconvenient Growth" is that milk farm was "inked" with a sahrpie marker on paper, scanned, and colored in Photoshop using a MOUSE. Starting with "H2grOw", and progressing and experimenting in technique, I now pencil sketch the page on paper, scan the rough pencils, and use a Wacom tablet to ink the lines (which makes it very easy to fix if I make a mistake), colorize simply in Illustrator, and then use the Wacom tablet again for more natural (and easier) painting. A lot of "Milk Farm" was also done on a moving train when I used to commute. Now THAT was a challenge (and slooow going).

curious onlooker: the latest next newest post has the map you requested. Check it out!
