I made fantastic progress this week, completing another 22 frames of the next Episode of the grOw/cinema series. I really like how the art turned out over the last dozen or so pages, with some night lighting and shadow play over the characters. This brings the total number of finished frames to 58. With the episode running 90 frames, that's 64.4% done, or just a few percentage points less than two-thirds! Enjoy the preview!

grOw/cinema, Episode VI, now almost two-thirds done!

grOw/cinema, Ep. VI now 40% done!
Yes! I reached and surpassed the one-third-way mark this week, with the completion of frame 35, as well as nearly finishing frame 36. This brings us to the point where this Episode is now 40% done! Here's hoping for another prolific period next week!

grOw/cinema, Episode VI, nearly 25% done!
It was a prolific week, culminating in the completion of 16 more frames of Episode VI! That's 21 frames done so far out of 90 (or 23.3%) which is nearly a quarter finished! I am hoping next week will be just as productive and we can surpass the one-third mark! Until then, here is a racy little preview to tide you over...

grOw/cinema, Episode VI well under way!
Happy New Year!
It's been a busy month since the successful release of Episode V, "Gravitational Attraction". After about a week and half off from grOw (but still busy with typical end-of-the-year, "real life" work that always pops up), I began on the writing of the script of the next Episode (VI), which is currently being called "The Bigg Boson" (subject to change before release).
After a flurry of activity for the holiday season, the fleshing out of the script by sketching rough storyboards for the full issue commenced. I finished that this week, and even began on the final artwork. I was able to complete the first 5 frames, and made it more than halfway through the 6th!
This is going to be a longer than usual issue, currently coming in around 90 frames (compared to 80-82), unless I edit it down or streamline sequences down the line.
